2022 Anderson Family Adopt A Cabin Fundraiser

Donate To This Campaign

Hello Family & Friends,

Hope you had a lovely Holiday weekend! I was able to get up to the Poconos with my family & it was very relaxing :)

As some of you may or may not know, I am planning to partner with Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Philadelphia Region this summer in honor of my cousin Brandon who passed away in 2017 at age 12 from Leukemia.

The mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC) of the Philadelphia Region is to support families of seriously ill children by creating a community of comfort and hope. Families come from all over the world to stay with their children at RMHC, sometimes losing and leaving everything behind.

One of the programs at RMHC this summer is the Ronald McDonald Camp in the Poconos this August. Aside from a few other summer fun activities, I plan to also personally partially sponsor one of the cabins to allow campers to experience a weeklong camp full of interactive fun and educational activities this summer, whether they attend in-person or engage online.

I am taking donations to be an exclusive cabin sponsor! You can donate directly on this page to contribute to our cabin in honor of Brandon. Any amount will help.

About Ronald McDonald Camp:

Located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains—just three hours outside of Philadelphia—or virtually on screen – Ronald McDonald Camp looks like a traditional summer camp, but as anyone who has been there knows, it is so much more. RMC is a place where kids with cancer, and their siblings, can enjoy just being kids. It’s a week of fun and friendship and freedom from being different. It’s a chance to experience new activities and acquire new skills in a supportive, nurturing environment. It’s a time when kids can talk openly about cancer and everybody else understands. Learn more about RMC at Camp - RMHC Philadelphia Region (rmhcphilly.org)
