As you know, Leo was born at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where he stayed for the first two months. In the midst of the two months we were in the midst of our move and “homeless” for a bit and couldn’t be away from Leo. The Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia took us in as their own. A comfortable bed, shower and home cooked meals along with transportation to and from the hospital. We have since stayed there two other times since and couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate Leo’s first birthday. What better way than to start teaching him at an early age to give back.
